Getting started is simple and designed to minimize effort on your end. Contact us at sales@blueprint-3PL.com, 401-534-0027, or submit an online form through our website. We’ll begin with a brief discovery call to understand your business, products, order volume, and fulfillment requirements.
From there, we gather key details through a short onboarding questionnaire and develop a customized solution and pricing structure aligned with your needs. Once terms are finalized, we execute a Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work, and begin implementation.
Our onboarding process includes system integration, process design, inventory planning, and operational setup. Most clients can be up and running in as little as 30 days for standard e-commerce platforms, or 60 to 90 days for more complex operations.
Our goal is to provide a smooth, structured transition so you can start scaling quickly with minimal disruption.

We are a process-driven, technology-enabled 3PL that focuses on building scalable, efficient operations tailored to each client’s needs.
What sets us apart is our combination of hands-on service, flexible operating model, and strong operational discipline. We don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, we design customized solutions supported by detailed onboarding, clear service levels, and structured workflows.
Our warehouse is supported by a modern WMS with real time visibility, multi-channel integrations, and data-driven decision making. We also provide access to a broad carrier and vendor network, giving clients flexibility across transportation, packaging, and supply chain strategy.
As a Rhode Island-based operator, we combine local responsiveness with the ability to support regional, national, and international distribution.
Our goal is not just to execute logistics, but to act as a long-term partner that helps clients scale efficiently, control costs, and improve performance over time.

We work with all major parcel and freight carriers across both domestic and international shipping, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and a network of LTL and full truckload providers. This allows us to support a wide range of service levels, from ground and economy shipping to expedited and time-definite delivery options.
We also offer regional transportation and delivery options with our own fleet of vehicles.
We leverage a multi-carrier strategy that includes rate shopping and service optimization to ensure each shipment is routed through the most cost-effective and reliable option based on delivery requirements, package characteristics, and destination.
In many cases, clients are able to access competitive, pre-negotiated carrier rates through our existing relationships. We also support clients who prefer to use their own carrier accounts, giving them full flexibility and control over their shipping strategy.
Beyond base rates, we actively work with clients to reduce total shipping costs through packaging optimization, dimensional weight reduction, zone skipping strategies, and process improvements that drive efficiency at scale.
For higher-volume clients or more complex distribution models, we can develop customized shipping strategies that align with their business goals, customer expectations, and margin targets.
-

Item descriptionYes. Kitting and bundling are core capabilities and a key part of how we support both e-commerce brands and manufacturing clients.
For e-commerce businesses, we support a wide range of programs including product bundles, subscription boxes, promotional kits, influencer and marketing packages, and custom branded assemblies. Our processes are designed to be repeatable and scalable, ensuring consistency, speed, and a high-quality unboxing experience.
For manufacturers and industrial clients, we support light assembly, component kitting, and pre-packaging of parts or materials for distribution, production support, or end-use applications. This can include organizing SKUs into ready-to-ship kits, staging materials for downstream operations, or preparing finished goods for retail or wholesale distribution.
All kitting workflows are developed during onboarding and integrated into our fulfillment processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and inventory traceability. Whether simple or complex, our goal is to create structured, reliable programs that reduce internal workload and improve speed to market.

We provide a wide range of standard packaging solutions designed specifically for e-commerce fulfillment, with a focus on cost efficiency, product protection, and customer experience.
Our standard packaging inventory includes multiple box sizes, poly mailers, bubble mailers, padded envelopes, and protective materials such as void fill, bubble wrap, kraft paper, and cushioning solutions. We work with clients to select the most appropriate packaging mix based on product dimensions, fragility, shipping method, and cost optimization goals.
We also help clients reduce shipping costs by optimizing packaging selection to minimize dimensional weight and material usage while maintaining product integrity during transit.
In addition to standard materials, we support custom packaging programs including branded boxes, custom inserts, marketing collateral, and subscription-style packaging. We can store and manage customer-supplied materials or source packaging through our vendor network.
We also support special packaging requests such as recycled and sustainable packaging options, as well as custom-branded packaging, custom inserts, marketing materials, and special presentation requirements to enhance the customer experience.
